As cities grow and the demand for sustainable and efficient construction processes increases, the need for new tools in urban planning and architecture becomes ever more critical. Our project aims to develop an ecosystem for generative design, where we unite technology, knowledge, and human creativity to create the urban planning solutions of the future.

Generative design involves using advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically generate design proposals based on specific criteria, such as the shape of the plot, surrounding buildings, and desired functionality. Through this technology, architects and developers can generate numerous alternative design proposals, which can then be analyzed and optimized to meet specific needs.

Our project focuses on creating a flexible platform that can be used by various stakeholders in urban planning and the construction industry. Developers without deep technical knowledge can use our web-based interface to quickly generate and visualize different design options for their projects. M eanwhile, architects and technical specialists who already work with advanced tools like ArchiCAD and Rhino can integrate our solution into their workflows through customized plugins. This allows them to have automatically generated suggestions directly in their design programs, without needing to switch tools or methods.

The project aims to bridge two different worlds – those who seek simplicity and speed via the web and those who work with complex design tools in their daily operations. By integrating our generative engine into both web-based and desktop platforms, we create an ecosystem where different stakeholders can collaborate and share information in real time. This leads to smoother and more efficient collaboration between architects, developers, and other professionals.

Another key aspect of the project is that our solution can improve resource management and reduce environmental impact. By designing buildings and neighborhoods with high precision in the early stages, we reduce the need for rework and errors that would otherwise lead to wasted materials and time. Our platform also offers sustainability optimization by analyzing energy consumption, solar exposure, and other key factors before projects enter the actual construction phase.

The project has a strong focus on promoting equality and diversity. We actively work to include different perspectives, both in terms of diversity within the project team and by ensuring that our platform is accessible to both small and large actors in the industry. By offering a freemium model, we lower the barrier for smaller firms and architectural offices to access advanced design tools.

In summary, the project aims to revolutionize the urban planning process by creating an ecosystem where knowledge, technology, and human creativity meet.

We believe that the cities of the future can be designed faster, smarter, and more sustainably through generative design, and our platform can play a crucial role in that development. By combining web-based solutions with integration into advanced desktop tools, we offer a powerful platform that addresses the evolving needs and challenges of the industry
