Concept for active quality management for smaller customer organizations

The project is about helping developers, as clients, increase the quality of their projects. The challenge today is that the customer does not get what it ordered. One of the reasons for this is a lacking verification procedure not carried out entirely due to the lack of knowledge, quality controls in general, or the right tools. This project aims to help developers with smaller client organizations to maintain good quality in their projects. The project will result in a concept based on empirical studies and deliver a precise value for the intended target group.

Central to the project, and with a developer, a redevelopment project will act as a case study for the intended concept.
